JOB VACANCIES IN BERMAZ MOTOR GROUP

  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Preparation of monthly sub-group consolidations, statutory financial statement, tax computations, transfer pricing documentations.
    • Preparation of quarterly Bursa Results announcement, Annual Report, Q&A for AGM.
    • Credit control functions for the Group.
    • Developing and improvement to the SOP for accounting functions.
    • Liaise with external auditor, internal auditor, company secretary, tax consultants, and legal advisor.
    • Ad hoc projects as and when required such as Autoline/system implementations, accounting standards, SUKUK, transfer pricing.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor degree in Accountancy / Finance or professional qualifications recognized by MIA.
    • At least 5 years of working experience in related field, preferably with audit / Big 4 experience.

  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prepare and submit purchase order and invoice, monitoring petty cash and to ensure submission of claims to Finance Department.
    • Ensure data are keyed-in and maintain data in GENPACX.
    • Ensure submission for summary of Service Tax.
    • Prepare monthly attendance report, daily collection, monthly sales report, minutes of meeting and to submit all related document to the Management.

    • Assists service advisor in scheduling service appointments according to scheduling policies.
    • Schedule and coordinate repairs by priority, assigning most qualified technicians to achieve highest quality repair at the lowest cost.

    • To perform delivery preparation & document preparation upon vehicle delivery.
