In light of the implementation of MCO3.0/EMCO, we are committed to ensure that our customers are well protected during this hard time. In order to facilitate the best ownership experience, all Mazda Warranty and Free Service Maintenance (FSM) affected will be extended for 1 month accordingly.
Ensuring the best safety for our customers, we are offering Mazda Contactless Service, where human contact is minimized. Choose between Mobile Truck or Collect & Deliver and we will come to you. All vehicles will be cleaned and disinfected upon completed service maintenance, complimentary from Mazda.
Yes, the extension of warranty and FSM will be extended with an additional grace period of 30 days from the date of registration starting from 1st June 2021. The vehicle warranty/FSM expired during the MCO3.0/EMCO period, will be given an additional 1 month to complete the missed out of warranty or FSM job. All the warranties and free maintenance service expiring throughout this period will be honor until the further time that the MCO3.0/EMCO is lifted on affected areas.
The extension of warranty and FSM will be based on the original vehicle registration date. The next service will be calculated from the date of registration; however, an additional grace period may be given depending on circumstances to compensate for the MCO3.0/EMCO period.
All service intervals are calculated from the date of registration, but grace periods or exceptions may be granted on a case-to-case basis.
During the entire period of the MCO3.0/EMCO, and until such time that it is lifted by our Government, we regret that the Mazda Mobile Service will only be available in Penang, but not in the affected areas in Klang Valley.
Yes, we will be implementing disinfecting procedures on our premises and even the interiors of all vehicles before and after service.
In the areas that are affected by this MCO3.0/EMCO, our services will not be available. However, the service will be available in the areas that are not affected by MCO3.0/EMCO.
