Responsible to conduct internal information system training and quality product knowledge across Bermaz branch and dealers network users
Conducts training classes by presenting job-specific, company specific, preparation works for the user access to the enterprise software applications, user account creation, system configuration as well as to assist and coordinate on matters related to personal computer & network requirement common questions
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Software)/IT Business Management or equivalent qualification.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.

To provide first level support to users on a daily basis and able to trouble shoot database and applications problems, including routine backups, database administration and applications software.

Providing support for audit, tax reporting and submission of government returns
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Assist Head of Warranty Departmen in handling and implementing Warranty Policy and Procedure.
Handle and implementing Warranty Information/ Bulletin to all authorized Service Dealers for warranty information and communication.
Handling Warranty Department’s operations, ensuring the increase of work performance, productivity and efficiency and target achieved
Provide report regularly and submit to superior on time for weekly and monthly report to the Head.
In-charge and manage warranty processor in handling warranty claim process, approval and payment.
Should have 5 years working experience in automotive warranty line or equivalent
To ensure proper documentations, correspondences, reports, filings and records are updated and consistent with office guidelines and procedures.
Minimum Diploma in Business Admin. / Office Management or its equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates may also apply.
Good communication in Bahasa Melayu and English. Knowledge in other languages is an added advantage
SKM Certificates (Level 1, 2 or 3)/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or its equivalent.
Able to communicate, interact, attending to Customers’ needs and provide professional advice to customers.
Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints, conducting inspections, repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions, replacing parts and components, repairing body damage.
Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives, adjusting controls and systems.
SKM Certificates in Automotive field (Level 1, 2 and 3) or its equivalent.
Enhance customers’ satisfaction via excellent customer relationship skills.
Possess own transport with valid driving license.
